As a manufacturer focus on sports application, we have implemented the following policies for our OEM customers who would place orders repeatedly in large quantity:
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): For OEM orders, the minimum order quantity is 500-1000 units depends on products categories. This is to ensure that our production and delivery processes are efficient.
- Customization: We offer customization of the camera body, packaging, and accessories. Our customers can choose to add their logos, change the color, or modify the packaging design to meet their specific needs.
- Lead Time: The lead time for OEM orders is 45-60 days, depending on the complexity of the customization. We will provide a detailed production timeline and update our customers regularly on the progress of their orders.
- Quality Control: We have strict quality control measures in place to ensure that every unit meets our high standards. We welcome quality checks from our customers or their third-party agency during the production process and before shipment.
- Warranty: All of our OEM products come with a one-year warranty. If there are any quality issues with the products within this period, we will provide free repairs or replacements.
