For most models that fall under consumer electronics category, we provide basic one year guarantee; For the power station series, we provide 2 years guarantee.

For shipping, we use postal and different courier services for domestic and international customers.

All the free shipping services would be operated via Yunexpress/CNE/4XP, they would deliver the light parcel from the China warehouse, which would take 6-10 days depending destination.

But for the power station(T500), we will also provide free shipping service via UPS, it could be delivered within 3-5 days.

Our back-office systems are fully integrated with Shipping Partners. This allows both you and us to track your parcel's every move from our door to yours!

For returns, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
